Working collaboratively with the sales team, your focus will be on delivering outstanding service and ensuring compliance with all policies and processes. Key Responsibilities Present and sell the full range of finance and insurance products to vehicle purchase customers. Ensure all compliance and internal processes are adhered to with meticulous attention to detail. Partner with Vehicle Sales Consultants and Managers to deliver a seamless and engaging experience. Provide excellent customer service, offering accurate and transparent information. Actively contribute to the day-to-day activity of the sales team and support their goals. Work both independently and as part of a team in a busy retail environment. What You’ll Bring A sales-driven mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets. Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers. High levels of organization and attention to detail. A positive attitude and commitment to supporting our company values. Confidence to work proactively and adapt in a dynamic environment.
