BOWERBIRD is looking for a highly organised and people focused Styling Operations Coordinator to support our Property Styling division and keep our projects moving smoothly from enquiry to installation and beyond. We are preparing for a strong year ahead and are looking for someone who is excited to join the team in January 2026, starting fresh with our 2026 workflow and onboarding programs. About the role As the Styling Operations Coordinator, you will manage the operational flow of all styling projects, from the moment a lead comes in to the final removal of furniture. You will work closely with our Head of Property Styling, Styling Team, Warehouse and Operations teams to ensure seamless scheduling, strong communication and efficient delivery. This is a pivotal role that requires excellent attention to detail, calmness under pressure and a genuine passion for helping clients feel supported. This role will formally commence in January 2026, with training and a full onboarding process scheduled for the first weeks of the new year. What you will be doing Scheduling and Coordination Manage daily bookings for installations and removals. Coordinate access, payments and site logistics. Work closely with the warehouse and styling teams to keep projects on track. Client and Agent Communication Be the primary point of contact for vendors, agents and clients. Provide updates, confirm details and ensure a seamless customer experience. Convert inbound leads quickly and professionally. Operational Support Assist with extensions, invoicing and project administration. Oversee workflows to ensure deadlines are met. Flag risks, delays or changes to the Head of Property Styling and Operations. Systems and Reporting Update CRM and scheduling systems with accurate project information. Support weekly reporting on project status and operational performance. Maintain clean data and structured workflows across the department. About you We would love to hear from you if you are: Highly organised with strong time management A confident communicator who enjoys helping clients Calm, solution focused and comfortable in a fast paced environment Detail minded with excellent follow through Experienced with scheduling, admin or project coordination Familiar with CRMs or booking systems (or quick to learn) Interested in property styling, interiors or real estate Experience in property styling, logistics or operations is ideal but not essential.
