The Opportunity We are looking for an experiencedOccupational Therapist to join our team, working in Adelaide , in a permanent full or part time capacity. As a mobile clinician, you will be providing care to Australian’s in the comfort of their home. This is a great opportunity for you to have variety in your caseload which will allow you to utilise your skills and grow as a health professional with the continue clinical support and mentoring from our senior clinicians. In the Community you will support Home Care Package clients: supporting clients to remain independent at home, through home assessments; equipment prescriptions and home modifications. Rehab in the home program: focusing on post orthopaedic surgery Hospital in the Homeprogram: supporting clients after hospitalisation, including general surgeries For Residential Aged Care clients, you will Complete assessments, including initials, reviews, post hospitalisation and falls. Develop, implement, and manage programs Design and facilitate group programs Complete individual sessions with residents Prescribe equipment About you As a new grad or experienced clinician, you love to make a difference in the lives of Australians. Fully AHPRA registered, ideally you will have a minimum 2 years’ experience in a Community or Aged Care setting and willing to grow your skills across both. As a mobile Occupational Therapist, you will need to be comfortable travelling to our clients located across Adelaide and as such provide your own vehicle (kilometre reimbursement provided for this travel).
