Talent International is searching for an experienced Project Support Officer to join our Queensland Government client based in Brisbane CBD on a contract through to June 2026 , with strong extension potential. Initial contract until 30/06/2026 + Likely Extensions. 3 weeks initial on-site requirement then 2 days WFH per week. Brisbane CBD location. The role: This role will support the Human Capital Management Solution program by providing high-level administrative, secretariat, and project support services to managers, directors, and teams within the unit. The Project Support Officer will play a key part in coordinating meetings, preparing documentation, managing records, and assisting with financial, HR, procurement, and IT-related processes to ensure effective project delivery. Responsibilities: Provide high-quality secretariat support including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and action tracking Support stakeholder engagement and coordination across departmental teams and external vendors Analyse complex information, assess risks, and contribute to practical solutions supporting project outcomes Assist managers with collating project information, preparing reports, and providing administrative advice Use advanced software and document management systems (e.g., SharePoint, Content Manager, Teams) to prepare professional reports and manage records Requirements: Proven experience in providing executive and project support within a dynamic environment Strong stakeholder engagement and coordination skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Office tools and document management platforms Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities How to Apply: To find out more, please “Apply for this job” or contact James Grierson or Mats Rorvik at: or For over 30 years, Talent has been redefining the contracting experience with industry-leading support, exclusive contractor benefits, and a world-class digital platform ENGAGE to access it all.
