Backing up the Client Services team with everything from creating files and managing databases to hands‑on support with entry‑level tasks. Helping out at the front desk—reception, admin, scanning, filing—keeping the place buzzing. Collaborating with the team, bringing good vibes and a can‑do attitude to everything you do. About you You’re someone who brings: Solid admin skills and eagle‑eye attention to detail. Strong time management and the ability to juggle a few things at once. Great communication—you’re confident chatting with clients and colleagues alike. A team‑first approach, with curiosity and a willingness to learn. Confidence with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel). Bonus points if you’ve got ASIC knowledge (not a deal‑breaker, but nice to have).
