Position Overview: Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for the financial services industry? We're seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Client Service Officer (CSO) to join our team and play a pivotal role in providing top-notch client administration and support to our Senior Advisers and management. As a CSO, you will contribute to the success of our firm by ensuring seamless client experiences and efficient operations. Essential Qualifications & Experience: Demonstrated experience in the financial services industry, particularly in financial planning or accounting (preferred but not essential). Proficient computer skills, including advanced experience with the MS365 suite. Exceptional organisation, problem-solving, and communication skills. The ideal candidate will be studying a Business or Commerce degree and seeking a long-term career in financial services. Australian work rights are required for this position. Key Responsibilities: Collect information from various third parties, including accountants, lawyers, and financial institutions. Liaise with super funds and fund managers to gather and record accurate client account information. Maintain the client database and portfolio records using financial planning software. Prepare basic Records of Advice (RoA) and generate accurate reports for client reviews. Ensure compliance with necessary authorities and documentation. Collaborate with Advisers and staff to address client queries and provide necessary support. Assist with administrative tasks and errands as required.
