You will join a team of Innovators, Software Developers, Designers and Strategists invested wholeheartedly in building STEPN's community. We are looking for someone who has built a global events program for a leading fitness + technology company who is looking to transition into Web3. You will partner closely with Brand, Creative and Digital teams to build world-class experiences. About the role We want a professional who digs into essential details and is not afraid to "get hands dirty" with technicalities. You must also be able to see the overall view and coordinate multiple aspects of delivery with different stakeholders. In "another life" you worked at a fast-paced technology company and contributed to global community impact. You're expected to understand different technologies and architectures at a level that is needed for efficient event planning. Leading people with influence comes naturally to you and you are able to navigate high stress situations through a specific and consistent framework. Responsibilities Define event development strategy, ability to take broad concepts to form action plans, and execute on them. Seasoned history of defining event strategy and executional excellence. Driven for results, with the ability to manage independently and take calculated risks Oversee a variety of vendors, venue partners and internal teams to ensure they are working together to deliver a high-quality experience. Demonstrate excellent decision-making, critical thinking and problem-solving capability in a very fast-paced environment. Passion for building global programs and processes. Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, innovative, and rapidly evolving industry and business organization. Strategic and out-of-the-box thinker with broad perspective and proven ability to execute. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while multitasking, re-prioritizing projects, and communicating priority updates to stakeholders. 7+ years' community event experience at a Fitness / B2C / Tech. Excellent knowledge of and hands-on experience with all aspects of event management, logistics, vendor negotiation, and marketing. People-oriented, active mindset and positive attitude.
