About the Company Our client, a highly credentialed real estate advisor based in the Sydney CBD, is seeking a Commercial Property Manager to join the team. The Property Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial assets including 1 B grade office asset and a mix of smaller medical assets. This is an excellent opportunity to progress your career in property management Benefits include Excellent remuneration (up to $143k) Great team culture Mentorship and support from industry experts Duties and Responsibilities The Property Manager will be responsible for tenant and landlord liaison, as well as the day to day management and financial performance of these properties. The Property Manager will also have 1 Facilities Manager reporting into them Duties include Property & Lease Management : managing lease renewals, working with external agents for new leases, conducting regular inspections, and working liaising with tenants regarding rent, outgoings, fit-outs, make goods, and other items Facilities Management : managing the Facilities Manager, ensuring they are staying on top of all reactive and preventative maintenance, working across CAPEX projects Financial Management & Reporting : preparing and managing budget, monthly reporting Stakeholder Management : building strong relations with the landlords and tenants, conducting regular meetings with landlords, collaborating with tenants to understand their evolving space needs Skills & Experience To be successful in this role you be a highly organised individual with strong communications skills and : 1-5 years of experience in commercial property management Excellent stakeholder management Valid drivers license Curtis Partnership specialises in Property, Sales, Marketing & Operations, Information Technology, Finance and Accounting recruitment.
