Seasonal Admissions Cashier $32.39 per hour | Casual Age related rates apply if under 18 Fixed Term until 28th February 2026 Sea World, Main Beach, Gold Coast The Opportunity Be the first smile our guests see and set the tone for an unforgettable day We’re looking for Seasonal Admissions Cashiers to join the front-line team at Sea World . You’ll play a key role in creating a seamless entry experience, from welcoming guests to processing tickets and upselling multi-park options. If you love delivering exceptional service and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is your chance to shine Shifts are generally between 9:00am-12:00pm. Key Responsibilities Be the friendly face – greet guests, manage queues, and provide clear, helpful information. Keep it smooth – process EFTPOS transactions and handle cash accurately at ticket booths. Upsell and add value – promote multi-park tickets to enhance the guest experience. Know your products– maintain superior product knowledge of ticket types and entry conditions. What We’re Looking For Previous guest or customer service experience. Strong computer skills and fast, accurate typing. Ability to work any day, including weekends and school holidays. Flexibility for evening functions such as Spooky Nights, White Christmas, and other special events.
