Export Commercial Coordinator

Job Responsibilities Manage all the movement from the port to the bond and Export Market. Resolve logistical issues and address any delays or disruptions in transportation or delivery. Arrange movement to bonded warehouse and out of the bonded warehouse. Reconcile, process and file PODs. Liaise with movement companies daily to ensure deliveries are met on time and at the correct destination. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies and procedures. Prepare and present reports on logistical operations. Provide accurate feedback to the export sales team regarding truck deliveries. Manage accident and incident reporting. Enable all moves of export deals. Manage fuel usage ensuring correct fuel liters are allocated according to the route. Maintain proper record of movement reports. Perform administrative functions related to cross-border documentation. Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects. Requirements Diploma or relevant qualification in Logistics. Minimum 2-5 years experience in a similar role. Experience within the automotive industry or logistics companies. Good understanding of Incoterms and export requirements per country. Code 10 licence.
