Join to apply for the IT Helpdesk/Support Staff role at Technology CII We are looking for a skilled IT Helpdesk/Support Staff to provide outstanding technical assistance and support for our retail industry operations. This role is based in Parramatta and requires a proactive individual to ensure seamless technology solutions. Client Details Our client is a well-established organisation within the tech industry. They are a global company that places a strong emphasis on leveraging technology to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Description Provide first-line IT support to internal users, resolving hardware and software issues efficiently. Monitor and manage ticketing systems to ensure timely resolution of technical queries. Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment. Collaborate with the Technology team to identify and implement process improvements. Maintain accurate documentation of IT support activities and solutions. Ensure compliance with company IT policies and procedures. Provide user training and guidance on IT systems and tools as required. Support the implementation of new technologies and system upgrades. Profile Strong understanding of all Microsoft Windows Operating Systems (Window 10, Office 2010,2013,2016 ) and server products (VM, AD, MS server 2019, etc) Solid knowledge of networking technology and communication protocol Bi-lingual ( English and Korean ) preferred (contact HQ daily bases) Management of IT assets Printing solution experience Proven ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines Outstanding customer service skills and demonstrated ability to deliver solutions Time Management and Mufti.
