About the Role This is a hands‑on leadership opportunity for someone eager to learn, take ownership, and grow within the business. As the Senior Operations Coordinator you’ll be the driving force behind our vending and micro market operations in the state. With full support from our interstate team, you’ll lead day‑to‑day operations while helping scale the business. Responsibilities Managing and building relationships with WA clients Setting up and managing vending machines and micro market locations Refilling and servicing machines and markets Ordering and receiving stock Growing WA operations strategically Training and building a local team from the ground up About You We’re looking for someone who: Has experience in operations, retail, hospitality or project coordination Is confident working independently and taking initiative Brings a can‑do, motivated and enthusiastic attitude Has strong communication and interpersonal skills Understands great customer service and sales fundamentals Can multitask, prioritise, and stay organised Pays attention to the details that keep operations running smoothly If you’re a junior leader ready to step up, we want to hear from you.
