About the Role: We are seeking Casual Maintenance Officers to join our team to help support us with leave coverage and a number of upcoming projects. The responsibilities revolve around general maintenance and upkeep of the residential facilities and surrounding grounds. You will be based primarily in Busselton, with occasional support required in our Dunsborough facility. The Maintenance Officer will be responsible for: General maintenance of the internal and external environment Conduct scheduled maintenance on plant and equipment Complete ad-hoc maintenance requests from internal stakeholders Source necessary parts and materials to complete tasks Liaise with contractors regarding maintenance requirements Maintain a clean and safe working environment Proactively identify maintenance efficiencies and opportunitiesli> Assist with general facility operational needs Electrical testing and tagging (training provided) About You – Key Requirements to be successful in this role: Demonstrated experience in repair/maintenance roles Sound practical and problem‑solving skills Exceptional time management and organisational skills Well‑developed interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently Caring and patient attitude, and the ability to interact with our residents Flexibility and availability How to Apply?
