As a global-leading health and well-being provider – encompassing physical, mental and financial health – TELUS Health is improving health outcomes for consumers, patients, healthcare professionals, employers and employees.**Job Responsibilities:*** Prepare and analyse monthly management reports including revenue, cost accruals, and variance analysis against budget/forecasts* Assist the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting process in collaboration with business units* Develop and maintain financial models, forecasting tools, and dashboards for performance tracking and scenario analysis* Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in financial processes, systems and reporting capabilities* Support integration of finance systems, including process mapping and improvement initiatives* Partner with operational leaders to provide financial insights and recommendations* Collaborate with the reporting team to ensure financial information is correct and meaningful* Support the Controller, Finance Business Partner with ad hoc financial analyses, reporting requests, and leadership inquiries.* Partner with department heads to develop and manage budgets, providing guidance on appropriate accounting treatments.**What We Are Looking For:*** CA/CPA/CIMA qualified with 5+ years of demonstrated experience in Finance Business Partnering, Commercial Finance, or FPNA roles* Strong experience in project accounting, variance analysis, budgeting and forecasting* Proven ability to translate financial data into meaningful business insights for non-financial stakeholders* Advance Excel and extensive financial modelling experience with large and multiple data sources* Experience with SAP or Workday ERP is considered a strong asset.* Strong financial acumen, project management, and communication skills* Strong English proficiency, verbal and written, and skilled in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word* Applicant must hold full working rights in Australia to be considered for this role.We’re a people-focused, customer-first, purpose-driven team who works together every day to innovate and do good.
