Real Estate & Property Facilities Manager Brisbane Temp Posted: 4/12/2025 $120,000-$140,000 p / a Immediate start required Manage contractor performance and compliance with safety standards Lead daily facilities operations and ensure tenant satisfaction Property Network of Australia is seeking a Facilities Manager to join a leading commercial property agency, focused on delivering operational excellence and tenant satisfaction across commercial and industrial assets in Brisbane. We are seeking an individual with previous or current experience managing building operations, contractor performance, and compliance within the property sector. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of all building services, fostering strong relationships with tenants and contractors, and upholding safety and compliance standards. You will play a key part in driving plant reliability, sustainability, and asset preservation, while supporting budget management and reporting requirements. Key Duties & Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day facilities operations and contractor performance Manage tenant relationships and coordinate service requests Ensure compliance with WHS and statutory requirements Support reporting and budget processes for property operations Monitor preventative maintenance schedules and building inspections Assist with sustainability initiatives and risk management The ideal candidate will have Previous experience in commercial or industrial property facilities management Strong knowledge of WHS, essential services, and compliance standards Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management systems Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities If you think this role is for you and you have the required experience (as detailed above) then please do not hesitate to contact Eddie by submitting your CV and a covering letter and they will be in touch with more information on the role and our client.
