Emergency Centre & Switchboard Support Officer (permanent full-time) About the Role Our team at Greenslopes Private Hospital is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Administration Support Officer to join our dynamic administrative leadership team. This is your opportunity to develop as a leader guiding and supporting the teams in our Emergency Centre and Switchboard. This is a chance to use and grow your experience as an upcoming leader to solve complex problems mentor others and play a pivotal role in Ramsays purpose of People caring for people. You will be expected to fill in shifts where needed demonstrating flexibility and a hands-on approach. Must be available between Hours : 7 : 00am 6pm Monday Friday. Key Responsibilities You will serve as the primary point of contact for all patient and staff inquires in both departments. Ramsay values strong and healthy working relationships; you will need to support mentor and guide the administrative teams fostering a supportive and adaptive environment. Provide outstanding customer service demonstrating a proactive and patient focused approach challenging the status quo to always find a better way to be better. Address complex issues and conflicts that arise and act as the key problem-solver. Effectively manage and prioritise multiple tasks in an dynamic high pressure environment. A high degree of attention to detail and accuracy in all administrative tasks. Demonstrate a flexible and hands on approach learning our teams administrative roles to assist in filling shifts if required. About You You are a highly organised and adaptive professional with demonstrated experience in a supervisor or leadership capacity within a customer focused environment preferably in a hospital or medical environment. Proven ability to multi-tasks and prioritise effectively. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team. Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills. Experience with patient management systems is highly desirable. Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook is a must.
