Responsibilities: Driving the implementation and rollout of new ways of working across teams and programs to enhance collaboration, efficiency, and agility. Work across multiple teams, helping them to better organise themselves to remove dependencies and to increase synchronisation. Leverage your deep knowledge of several agile methods (e.g. Scrum, Lean Software Development, Kanban, SAFe), acting as an agile champion and contributing to expanding the understanding and practice of agile principles and values. Consult and work closely with a variety of programs/projects (across a variety of domains) in client organisations ranging from digital start-ups to large corporates. Help with the decomposition of the program backlog and improve the processes for allocation of backlog items to teams and tracking of progress and dependencies. Use your understanding of team dynamics and agile leadership to identify key bottlenecks and to build a high-performing "team of teams". Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, information technology, or related field. Significant experience performing the role of an Agile Coach, Iteration Manager or Scrum Master on software development projects where they have utilised Agile/Lean/Kanban techniques and methods. Experience working at the portfolio, program, and tribe levels, driving agile transformations and strategic initiatives across multiple teams. Demonstrable experience in developing and managing relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. To be a flexible, proactive, solution-oriented person with strong relationship building skills.
