The Opportunity We’relooking for a Product Lead – Digital Enablement(initiallyon a 6‑month contract)to drive the digital evolution of our Customer Health Navigation (CHN) program. This is your chance to shape how Australians engage with their health—through intuitive, data‑driven digital experiences that make care accessible, seamless, and personal. What You’ll Do Set the Vision:Define and lead the digital experience roadmap for Amplar Health, focusing on e‑commerce growth and customer health engagement. Lead the Lifecycle: From ideation to optimization, you’ll oversee every stage of product development. Design for People: Apply CX and UX design thinking and Agile methodologies to create experiences that are simple, inclusive, and compliant. Harness Data: Establish KPIs, monitor performance, and iterate based on insights and feedback. Collaborate Across Teams: Work with engineering, marketing, operations, compliance, and clinical experts to deliver integrated solutions. Stay Compliant: Ensure privacy, consent, and governance standards are embedded in everything we do. What You Bring Experience: 5–7 years in digital product management, including 3+ years in e‑commerce/digital marketplace and healthcare or regulated industries. Skills: Strategic thinking, technical know‑how, UX/CX expertise, and proficiency with Agile tools like Jira. Mindset: Customer‑first, collaborative, data‑driven, and commercially savvy.
