What you will be doing
Ensure the workplace is as safe as possible, both physically and psychologically
Manage recruitment process, partnering with managers in challenging vacancies
Provide general advice to the Morgans Branch Network regarding the recruitment process
Oversee employee on-boarding and offboarding process
Support in the creation and implementation of Morgans experience programs
Conduct employee exit interviews, identify trends and make recommendations to management
Develop and facilitate training to relevant stakeholders to address identified needs
Support the Chief People Officer to drive the team strategy
Assist with complex employee relations issues, investigations, and conflict resolution
Develop, review and update HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations
Oversee HR analytics and reporting, using data to drive HR strategy
What you will bring
Qualification in Human Resources or related discipline
Relevant experience operating in a true HR Adviser role within a professional services work environment
Understanding of current Industrial Relations landscape
Exposure to people projects across the employee lifecycle
High level of interpersonal, problem solving, negotiation, writing and communication skills
Knowledge of the Financial Services Industry (advantageous)
