Channel & Alliance Director | Enterprise Software | Global Vendor Our client, a global enterprise software vendor, is seeking a Channel & Alliance Director to drive partner‑led growth through a high‑performing ecosystem of distributors, resellers, and alliance partners. This is a senior role for a leader who thrives on building momentum, enabling partners, and turning strategy into tangible revenue outcomes. What You’ll Do Build and manage strategic, long‑term relationships with key distributors and partners. Drive structured execution of partner programs to meet revenue and pipeline goals. Collaborate cross‑functionally with sales, product, and customer success teams to deliver joint outcomes. Motivate and enable resellers — ensuring engagement, accountability, and growth across the channel. Strengthen strategic alliances with existing and new global partners to expand market reach. Monitor performance metrics, identify opportunities, and adjust partner plans to stay ahead of market shifts. Ideal Profile 10+ years in partner management, alliances, or enterprise software sales. Proven success in driving partner‑led enterprise deals and developing new business. Hands‑on and hungry — thrives in an environment where initiative and hustle matter. Experienced in working with distributors and motivating resellers to achieve targets. Skilled at building alliances with consulting and cloud partners (e.g., large GSIs). Strategic and commercially savvy, with strong planning, collaboration, and negotiation skills. Deep understanding of software licensing and channel go‑to‑market models. Confident engaging senior executives and comfortable navigating complex partner ecosystems.
