Role Responsibilities Lead end‑to‑end management of critical strategic projects originating from the Managing Director’s office, ensuring 100% on‑time completion of key milestones through effective goal decomposition, resource coordination, and results validation. Establish and maintain a business health monitoring system to regularly evaluate performance across business functions, providing data‑driven insights for strategic adjustments. Diagnose and optimize cross‑departmental workflows by implementing standardized operating procedures, significantly improving collaboration efficiency between sales, marketing, and after‑sales operations. Drive the strategic implementation of digital tools within business operations, developing automated solutions to reduce manual processes and enhance operational quality. Develop and maintain comprehensive business tracking systems, producing regular operational analysis reports that accurately identify performance bottlenecks and growth opportunities. Conduct deep‑dive data analysis to provide quantitative support for critical decisions regarding network optimization and resource allocation. Establish and lead cross‑functional project teams, facilitating regular business review meetings to ensure alignment of goals and coordinated action across departments. Implement performance tracking mechanisms that directly support sales, marketing and other business units in achieving their key performance indicators. Continuously improve operational quality and customer satisfaction through process audits. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Coordinator, Personal Assistant, or Senior Administrator, within an automotive environment. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin is highly advantageous for liaising with HQ. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaborative tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams). Outstanding organisational, time‑management, and multi‑tasking abilities in a fast‑paced setting. Understanding of the electric vehicle industry trends and/or the Australian automotive market. Formal qualifications in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. Basic knowledge of project management principles.
