As our Strategy & Business Operations Manager, you’ll work closely with the Leadership Team to solve high‑impact strategic, commercial, and operational problems across every part of Carma—from buying, reconditioning and wholesale to sales, customer experience and broader expansion. You’ll drive critical projects, help build operational capabilities, optimise processes, and turn insights into action, helping Carma scale and succeed in a fast‑paced environment. If you're analytical, strategic, operational, and love making things happen, this is the role for you What you'll be doing: Work closely with leadership to identify opportunities, set priorities, and solve high‑impact problems that drive business success. Lead key strategic and operational projects and initiatives across the business. Build models and dashboards, analyze data, and track key metrics to inform smarter decision‑making. Partner with key business functions to develop operational capabilities and improve processes, driving efficiency and scalability across the business. Collaborate with Product & Tech teams to develop systems, tools and digital solutions that enhance operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Support executive decision‑making with clear reports, dashboards, and insights. Okay, let's talk about you: You’ll have at least 5 years’ experience in strategic and operational projects, within top‑tier management consulting, investment banking firms or similar Experience within a high growth business or start up will be beneficial You have a strategic mindset with strong commercial acumen, able to break down complex problems, build structured solutions, and drive execution. You are analytical and data driven when it comes to decision making, and experienced analysing trends, building models, and turning insights into action You have great communications skills and stakeholder management, with the ability to influence and align teams. A proactive, problem‑solving attitude, able to juggle multiple projects and adapt quickly in a fast‑moving environment Please note, this position is based in Redfern in our Head Office.
