Workforce Extensions Geelong is recruiting on behalf of GT Recycling, a family owned recycling business based in Geelong (Moolap). GT Recycling helps businesses, councils and government departments recycle plastics and divert waste from landfill across Victoria. About the role GT Recycling is looking for a friendly and organized person to join their team, someone who can work in a team environment, will be the front line for customer enquiries, and support scheduling of collections and deliveries for their fleet. This role combines administration, customer support and logistics coordination. What you’ll do Help customers by phone or email. Answer questions, provide information about services, and support customer requirements. Process orders and organise scheduling of daily collection and delivery runs. Prepare paperwork such as internal reports, invoices and order confirmations. Perform general office admin, data entry, filing, record keeping, follow‑ups and managing office supplies. Coordinate with the commercial and operations teams to ensure service excellence. Experience, skills and attributes required Friendly, helpful attitude and strong communication skills (written and spoken). Ability to multitask and stay organised. Solid computer literacy. Be comfortable with Microsoft Office and general admin systems. Prior experience in administration, customer service or logistics support. Reliable, punctual and detail‑oriented.
