Customer Service Representative

Our company is a large family-owned franchise of the Avis Budget group with 16 offices located throughout the outer suburbs of Melbourne and regional Victoria. Currently we have a vacancy for a Customer Service Representative at our Geelong and surrounding branches. Responsibilities Be front of house greeting customers and processing their rentals. Answer the phones and take reservations. Deliver vehicles to customers. Drive vehicles between local branches. You will have a lot of fun Benefits You will be part of a large team who all look out for each other. Be it at your own branch or neighbouring branches. You will be part of a stable company that has an outstanding customer service record. (We survey every customer after their rental to get their feedback. – in 2024 we had an overall Customer NPS score of 81 which is way above industry standards.) You will be on an $300 per month incentive scheme that is based customer service and sales results. You will be given automatic membership to Perkbox which will give you discounts for thousands of retailers including Woolworths, JB Hi Fi and Hoyts. You will join a large family-owned company that has been going since 1988 that values its employees. All we need from you is a Can Do attitude and a commitment to the customer. Our business is open 364 days per year, so there is a need for all our Customer Service representatives to work every second weekend.
