Your role as a Regional Manager will be responsible for the overall performance of your region with a focus on building on the success of your retail team and in turn of Bendigo Bank in the area. A highly collaborative role working in partnership with the state leadership team Community Bank boards and other key stakeholders. In this dynamic and high-impact role youll make your mark by : Coaching and developing leadership competencies in the branch leaders across your region Guiding our branch leaders to shape and enhance their strategies for optimising profitability community connection and delivering an exceptional customer experience in alignment with the state strategic plan Overseeing performance and understanding the individual needs of your branches which are made up of various sizes maturity structures and communities Being a lifelong learner. Some travel within regional ACT and NSW will be required.
