Project Support Officer - Canberra Clearance Required: Have an Australian Government security clearance of at least NV1. Important Note : If a Dual Citizen, must be prepared to undergo additional vetting. Work Arrangement: Must work from Russell Offices, Canberra. Engagement: Full time. Are you looking to kick start a career in Project Management? Are you an Australian Citizen? The Project Support Officer will work within the CASG Land 4140 Project Team, Russell Offices (ACT). You will undertake a range of duties to support project objectives. Defence experience will be highly regarded. The Land 4140 Project Support Officer is responsible for: Supporting the Project Executive. Contributing to project reporting processes. Preparing project correspondence, briefs, and reports. Supporting preparation and maintenance of project documentation as required. Maintaining data and information contained within the Objective File Management System. Organising, participating in, and recording outcomes of project meetings. Managing project correspondence. Maintaining project documentation where required. Working collaboratively, developing and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders. Participating in courses, training and workshops as necessary. Additional project tasking as designated by the Project Director, Deputy Project Director and Project Manager. This position reports to the Project Manager. The following requirements are essential: Have an Australian Government security clearance of at least NV1. Must work from Russell Offices, Canberra. The following requirements are desirable: Recognised project management professional qualification and an understanding of the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK).
