As a Salesforce Technical Business Analyst, you will bridge the gap between business needs and Salesforce technology solutions across Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud. You will analyse, design, and deliver end-to-end Salesforce solutions that support large‑scale initiatives within a highly collaborative team. Working closely with architects and developers, you will contribute to both solution design and implementation within an agile, multi‑stream delivery environment. Your responsibilities include: Planning, organizing, and facilitating workshops to gather detailed functional and technical requirements, ensuring clear documentation of outcomes. Proactively identifying process gaps and opportunities for improvement, presenting innovative and feasible solutions. Crafting high‑quality user stories with precise acceptance criteria and working hand‑in‑hand with developers for accurate delivery. Applying research‑oriented thinking to understand customer journeys, pain points, and end‑user experience, supported by journey maps and process flows. Supporting cross‑functional squads across discovery, design, and build phases to ensure alignment with business goals and Salesforce best practices. You will have: 3+ years of Salesforce Business Analyst or Technical BA experience, ideally across Salesforce core clouds (Sales, Service, Experience). Experience working on complex, multi‑stream, and integrated Salesforce environments. Exposure to or strong interest in the gaming/gambling industry is highly advantageous. Salesforce certifications are a strong advantage. Experience with agile delivery and project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello, Azure DevOps). Strong ability to work across technical and functional domains with architects and development teams.
