Salesperson - Dual Cab Conversion Specialist Join the Leading Innovator in 4x4 Vehicle Manufacturing Creative Conversions is the number one leader within the 2nd Stage Vehicle Manufacturing field, specialising in Landcruiser wagon to dual cab conversions. This is your opportunity to be a key part of our dynamic team, selling conversions on the latest 300 Series Landcruiser, as well as the ongoing 200 Series and 79 Series models. You will also be an integral member of our Toyota Tundra Development early this year As an Australian-owned company, we have been transforming Landcruisers since 1998, and now we're expanding our team to meet growing demand. Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven OEM Salesperson to join our team. As a second stage vehicle manufacturer we are searching for the ideal candidate with automotive sales and technical skills - working closely with national dealers and retail clients directly. As an OEM sales specialist at Creative Conversions, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and orders of products from our Manufacturing facility while enhancing customer and supplier relationships, to provide continual growth and opportunity. This position offers a unique blend of customer service, sales, and marketing, providing an exciting opportunity for an individual with a passion for both disciplines. Your passion for all things off road, 4WDing, touring and camping will have a place to shine. What You’ll Do Be the lead sales contact and conduct sales activities, including customer inquiries, test drives, and vehicle presentations and handovers. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions. Collaborate with external stakeholders, such as Vehicle Dealerships and Post Conversion Suppliers to provide our customers with a seamless build experience. Analyse market trends and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth. Assist in the development and implementation of promotional activities. Provide Sales support at Industry events i.e. Trade Shows, etc… What We’re Looking For Proven experience in sales in the Automotive or 4WD Accessory industry and OEM environments Experience selling large deals preferably $70,000 and above Someone ready to take the lead in their sales career and take ownership of the sales department Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Both written and verbally. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Prior History of using sales CRMs & Tools - preferably Hubspot but not essential Experience in the automotive industry trends and customer preferences. You will need to hold a current driver’s licence.
