Your Role: As a Senior Research Consultant, you’ll have the chance to flex your muscles on projects from proposal to presentation with increased responsibility for client accounts. Here’s what you’ll be doing: Cultivating strong relationships with clients, suppliers and your team Unpacking client problems and designing bespoke research solutions across Customer Segmentation, Conjoint, Drivers of Advocacy, Brand Positioning, Customer Acquisition and Churn, Pricing Strategy, Customer Experience/Journey Mapping and more. Supporting the Directors with your meticulous project management skills Digging into data sets with your brilliant Q skills Developing your consulting skills to communicate insights strategy which business leaders can grasp and act on with confidence Fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. About you: Relevant university qualification with a high standard of result c.3/4 + years experience in another leading market research agency Detail‑orientated, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work Experience in stats packages like Q, SPSS. Confidence in applying a range of bespoke quant methodologies Experience in managing research projects from proposal to presentation A strategic mindset, building skills in translating sophisticated analysis into clear strategic roadmaps.
