Production Manager

We are now seeking a Production Manager who wants to grow with us as we expand our range, production capabilities and manufacturing footprint. The Role – What You’ll Do You will own day‑to‑day operations across all areas of manufacturing (largely blending and packing), ensuring output is: Conducted to a high standard Safe High quality Efficient Scalable Location & Hours This is a full‑time, on‑site role at our Caringbah facility. Standard business hours apply (Mon‑Fri 7am‑3:30pm), with flexibility during key production and launch periods. Key responsibilities Lead, train and develop a high‑performing production team Oversee daily production planning & scheduling Uphold and improve GMP, HACCP & food safety compliance Drive process improvements & lean manufacturing initiatives Manage raw material planning, stock accuracy and waste reduction Track KPIs and deliver continuous improvement outcomes Maintain plant, equipment and machinery to ensure safe, reliable and efficient operation Develop and manage preventative maintenance schedules, and support decisions on equipment upgrades as we scale production capacity. This is a hands‑on leadership role. You will be present on the floor, involved in R&D and quality work, and actively shaping and improving systems and workflows. You love building systems and teams, not just managing them.
