About the Role Due to continued growth, we’re seeking client-focused Private Bankers to join our collaborative and high-performing team. In this role, you will: Grow and manage a portfolio of high-net-worth clients. Deliver exceptional service across banking, lending, and investments needs. Deliver our one-of-a-kind client value proposition. Build networks to attract new clients. Navigate compliance and regulatory frameworks. Collaborate with Private Wealth teams to unlock wealth creation strategies. About You You’re strategic, collaborative, and passionate about helping clients succeed. To thrive in this role, you’ll bring: Recent experience in a lending-focused role within Private Banking, Business Banking, Premier Banking or similar. Strong relationship management skills and the ability to maintain and grow referral networks. Expertise in consumer/residential lending, including complex lending and investments. A proven ability to develop trusted relationships with high-net-worth clients. A detailed understanding of the wealth landscape and its ability to unlock wealth creation strategies. Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Business, or related field (desirable but not mandatory). RG146 accreditation (desirable, but not mandatory).
