Up to $150k package (depending on experience) Prestigious organisation Sydney CBD location - with up to 2 days WFH (following probation) The company This company is a boutique Landlord, with a diverse portfolio of commercial and retail properties across NSW, VIC and QLD. Head Office located in Sydney CBD. The role Reporting to the Managing Director - Property, the Senior Lease Administrator's key duties will include : Preparing lease documents Prepare monthly rent roll and manage & approve property related invoices Inputting leases into database accurately Review all annual rent increases Performing ad hoc research and investigation The candidate The successful candidate for this role will have : 5+ years experience in property lease admin role Strong attention to detail Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Experience with Yardi (beneficial, not essential) Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel Ability to cultivate positive working relationships Curtis Partnership specialises in Property, Sales, Marketing & Operations, Information Technology, Finance and Accounting recruitment.
