About the Role As a Hubs Manager with Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA), you’ll play a pivotal role in transforming employment outcomes for people with disability and refugee backgrounds. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll lead and inspire frontline teams (Specialists and PPS consultants) across hub, spoke, and outreach sites, ensuring participant-centred services that align with our values and the IEA DEED requirements. You will also be working with a network of community and employer advocates. This role is more than operational oversight, it's about strategic leadership, community impact, and empowering teams to deliver meaningful, lasting outcomes. You'll champion our service delivery model, drive continuous improvement through strong financial and KPI management, and foster a culture of collaboration and excellence. Key Responsibilities and Requirements Completion of, or current enrolment in, a Certificate IV in Frontline Management or a higher relevant qualification. Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team to deliver high-quality customer service and achieve performance outcomes. Experience engaging with job seekers in both group and one-on-one settings. A customer-centric approach with the ability to meet customer service standards, KPIs, and performance targets. Proven ability to show empathy and build trust with job seekers and clients from diverse backgrounds. Sound knowledge of local, state, and national labour markets. Strong business development, sales, or marketing skills, supported by excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing abilities. A commitment to ethical practice, accountability, and professional integrity. Understanding of the needs of CALD and refugee clients or lived experience in these communities (desirable). Awareness of the barriers faced by people with disability or mental illness when entering the workforce, or relevant lived experience (desirable). Experience in community advocacy, social services, disability support, or refugee settlement programs (desirable).
