About the Role We are seeking an experienced IT Applications Support Analyst to help support and enhance the business systems used across the organisation, with a particular focus on Pronto ERP. What You’ll Do Provide first‑line support for business applications. Lead Pronto ERP troubleshooting, configuration & reporting. Support CRM, SharePoint, ZAP, Power BI & other platforms. Coordinate upgrades, patches & integration changes. Maintain reports, dashboards & documentation. Assist with onboarding, training & user support. About You You’re a proactive problem‑solver with outstanding communication skills. You enjoy helping people get the most out of technology and have experience supporting multiple business software applications. You thrive in a changing environment and are confident engaging with internal users at all levels. What You’ll Need 3–5+ years’ experience in application support or systems administration. Strong experience with Pronto ERP is essential. Background supporting multiple business applications across different operational areas. Experience supporting manufacturing or distribution environments is highly regarded. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving ability. Ability to prioritise and work across multiple tasks. Strong documentation skills.
