Clinical Teaching Support Administrator – St Vincents Campus Position based in Australia, full‑time (35 hours/week) fixed term contract until 30th June 2026. Key Details Remuneration: $88,717 base salary, 17% superannuation and leave loading. Work rights: Must hold full rights to work in Australia; visa sponsorship not available. Location: St Vincent’s Campus, Darlinghurst, Sydney. About the Campus The St Vincent’s Healthcare Clinical Campus in Darlinghurst houses St Vincent’s Hospital, St Vincent’s Private Hospital, St Vincent’s Clinic and co‑located research institutes such as the Garvan Institute of Medical Research, Victor Chang Cardiac Research Institute and the St Vincent’s Centre for Applied Medical Research. The campus provides state‑of‑the‑art clinical facilities and IT resources for students and staff. Role Overview The Clinical Teaching Support Administrator provides day‑to‑day logistical support for clinical teaching within UNSW Medicine & Health. The role reports to the Clinical Teaching Support Officer. Key Responsibilities Coordinate clinical teaching schedules and resources. Support clinical teaching staff and students. Manage day‑to‑day administrative tasks for clinical teaching units. Collaborate with clinical teaching teams and other stakeholders. Qualifications and Skills Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and independently. Experience providing effective customer service support. Advanced time management, organisational and problem‑solving skills. High proficiency in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office 365 and UNSW enterprise systems. Well‑developed interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. Experience supporting and contributing to projects and initiatives. Knowledge of health & safety responsibilities and commitment to relevant training.
