We have an exciting opportunity for you to be a part of our team. Our clinic in John Fawkner Hospital (Coburg) is currently seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist to join our team. The role is a Full‑Time Permanent Position, working Monday to Friday with 7.6‑hour shifts between the core hours of 6:30am and 9:00pm. Reporting to the Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing high‑level reception duties and administrative services while ensuring the delivery of professional, caring and friendly services to patients, referrers, and other customers. Role Overview Greeting patients warmly and assisting with check‑in procedures. Answering phone calls promptly and handling inquiries professionally. Ensuring smooth clinic operations during our business hours. Key Qualifications Clear verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional customer service skills. Strong organisational abilities to manage appointments and patient flow. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
