Ready to take the lead on some of Launceston's most exciting fitout construction projects? We're searching for a Site Manager to lead the onsite construction team and deliver excellence on projects. Our client is a leading construction business with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality commercial fit-out, refurbishment, and construction projects across Australia. With a focus on long-term client relationships and a commitment to excellence, we are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Site Manager to join their growing team. The Role: As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of commercial fitout projects up to $5 million, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. You will be a key player in their Launceston based operations, overseeing all site activities, managing subcontractors, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate all on‑site construction activities. Ensure all projects adhere to strict safety protocols and quality standards. Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders. Manage and mentor site staff and subcontractors. Resolve any on‑site issues or conflicts efficiently. Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting. About You: You will hold a Diploma or Advanced Diploma of Building & Construction (Management) or a building related trade qualification. You are an experienced Site Manager with a minimum of 3 years experience and a proven track record of successfully delivering commercial construction fitout projects up to $5 million. You are a strong leader with excellent communication, problem‑solving, and organisational skills. You are proactive, detail‑oriented, and capable of working in a fast‑paced environment.
