This is a key leadership position, responsible for guiding on-site teams to deliver project outcomes, meet build milestones, and uphold our commitment to quality, safety, and excellence. The Role As a Site Manager, you’ll be the driving force on the ground, responsible for the overall performance and delivery of our projects. We’re looking for individuals who align with our purpose, vision, and guiding principles, and who can demonstrate the ability to: Champion high standards of WHS compliance across all site activities Oversee daily site operations in line with project programs and budgets Effectively manage workforce planning, productivity, and labour scheduling Procure equipment and materials with precision, ensuring cost and quantity control within budget Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, subcontractors, and key stakeholders Liaise closely with clients to ensure projects are delivered on time and to expectation What We're Looking For To thrive in this role, you’ll bring: A strong understanding of best-practice construction and safety methodologies. Exposure to a variety of project types and industry sectors. Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to lead by example. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally across all levels. Well-developed planning, organisational, and time management capabilities. Sound cost control techniques and commercial awareness. A clear understanding of WHS requirements and effective conflict resolution skills.
