We have an extensive presence across Australia, with representation in each State capital and an extensive regional branch network. The Client Manager is responsible for providing best-in-class service for a key portfolio of diverse National clients and will work closely with their team members to implement strategies which focus on growth and retention of the team portfolio. This role is considered a key driver to our long-term growth ambitions in this segment and will work closely with leadership to drive positive results in the region. What The Day Will Look Like Leading a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries. Managing key stakeholder relationships and enhancing the client experience. Identifying development opportunities for your designated portfolio and designing appropriate servicing solutions. Developing new and profitable business within the National segment. Contributing to the strategic direction of the National business. Achieving your renewal and new business budget. Mentorship and development of team members within the region. Actively contributing in monthly branch and sales meetings and be an eager learner for Aon and external training opportunities. Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success Previous experience as an Insurance Broker with a Tier 1 qualification. Demonstrated technical understanding of a broad range of Commercial Insurance products. Excellent client relationship management capabilities. Scope to provide mentorship and/or team leadership in future. Outstanding communication and presentation skills. Entrepreneurial flair with demonstrated new business success. Organisational skills to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. Eye for detail and quality whilst working under pressure.
