Within this role you will be enabled to further your development and apply your existing knowledge through media planning and strategy across a variety of verticals.The scope of this role presents the opportunity to continue your exposure to all traditional/offline media channel, with a focus on TV and OOH, Brief Responses, strong Stakeholder Management and how media can help solve for our clients’ business challenges.Your immediate responsibilities will include the ownership of our day-to-day relationship with our clients, a lead role in our media planning work, and the day to day management and development of the Client Executive and Associate roles in the team.**Core responsibilities:*** Supports Client Director to deliver innovative and creative solutions to client briefs* Works collaboratively across Dentsu and across network as needed – uses good knowledge of products and services to drive business value for clients and Dentsu* Project manages clients’ communications plans including timelines and budget* Reviews plans to drive greater margin and value through innovation and better and different ways of working* Planning, negotiating and implementing TV and OOH media – with full PCR presentations* Effectively lead and motivate internal team to produce best in class work* Provides accurate plan details and updates to clients**A bit about you:*** Strong working experience with Spectra and working skillset + understanding with agency financial management* Multi-channel experience with demonstrated ATL media planning and buying skillset* SMD/Spectra proven experience* TV Map, Move, eTAM, eRAM – demonstrated experience with these platforms* Ability to ‘multi-hat’ across various areas of the Client servicing and team leadership* Demonstrated success in improving and contributing to strong process management with Planning & Buying* A genuine love of being part of a high-performing team and building relationships with all stakeholders internal and external**What’s in it for you:*** Real flexibility to work when and where you feel most productive with our ‘Be the Best You’ policy which includes a $250 contribution to your home office set up* The opportunity to give back with dedicated volunteer leave and our whole-company event, One Day for Change* 5 weeks annual leave after 2 years of service and 3 whole company Wellness days off per year for you to switch off and take your day, your way* Career Development and Learning & Development opportunities, including access to our global online dentsu University**Become a champion for meaningful progress:**Our diverse and inclusive culture enables our employees to bring their whole selves to work and be proud of doing so.
