Join WA’s Leading Refrigerated Logistics Provider Sands Fridge Lines is seeking a motivated and experienced Freight Support Coordinator to join our team. Reporting to the Major Account Manager, this role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth flow of freight and associated documentation, ensuring we meet our customers’ schedules and expectations. You will contribute to seamless deliveries by fostering strong client relationships and coordinating with the operational team to ensure the success of our logistics operations and uphold our strong industry reputation. Responsibilities Liaise between customers and internal departments to ensure clear communication and service delivery. Coordinate with transport operations staff regarding loading status and delays, ensuring timely updates to customers. Communicate with dock supervisors to address loading/receiving priorities and issues. Schedule and manage return freight unloads and loadouts in collaboration with transport operations. Resolve discrepancies related to freight and documentation. Manage customer pallet documentation, conduct weekly counts, and generate reports. Promote and maintain a safe working environment. Ensure compliance with OH&S regulations and quality procedures. Foster a collaborative and positive team culture. About You Minimum 2 years’ experience in an operational customer contract support role, preferably within logistics or transportation. Experienced in contract customer freight management and support. Experience in freight receivals & dispatching. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong time management and organizational abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office Suite. Transport and distribution experience required.
