We are now seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in the New Year. This permanent full‑time role will support our project teams and help drive the next phase of our growth. About the Role We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Head Office team based in Naval Base. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the safe and efficient delivery of projects in accordance with contractual, schedule and budgetary requirements. Key Responsibilities Deliver projects in line with contract obligations, schedule, scope and budget, including reporting, documentation and contract management. Manage relationships with clients, suppliers, subcontractors and internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project outcomes. Identify project risks and develop appropriate mitigation and contingency plans. Approve major procurement packages in line with the Register of Delegated Authorities. Coordinate the sourcing, de‑manning and co‑ordination of staff, personnel, equipment and internal resources as required. Ensure job cost reports, forecasts and financial information are completed and submitted to the finance department by month‑end. Prepare and submit progress claims in accordance with contractual timeframes and requirements. Oversee the identification, preparation, administration and negotiation of contract variations and claims. Lead weekly progress meetings, ensuring project status, risks and actions are clearly communicated and understood by all relevant parties. Assist with the review and resolution of technical queries, providing practical and timely solutions. About You Minimum 5 years’ project management experience within heavy industrial, fabrication or construction environments. Strong understanding of fabrication processes, codes, standards and quality requirements. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight timeframes. High levels of integrity, professionalism and alignment with Alltype’s values. Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Project Management or a related discipline.
