The company offers a portfolio of premium products distributed through major retailers and international channels, supported by a vertically integrated supply chain and a strong reputation for quality and innovation. The Role This 6‑month contract role offers the chance to lead brand strategy, campaigns, and growth across Australia and international markets. As Marketing Manager, you’ll drive key initiatives, manage agency partners, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver campaigns that lift brand visibility and sales performance. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute marketing plans for Australia and international markets Lead campaign development, creative approvals, and performance tracking Partner with sales and business development teams to deliver retailer plans Manage agency partners and ensure ROI across all marketing activity Support new product launches, packaging updates, and regulatory alignment Attend trade events and manage brand activations Provide insights, reports, and presentations to internal stakeholdersLead and mentor a small marketing team Oversee marketing budgets and ensure alignment with business targets Skills and Experience Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or related field Minimum 8–10 years’ experience in senior marketing roles within FMCG or consumer goods Proven experience leading brand and campaign strategies across multiple markets Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Experienced across digital, social, and content marketing channels Commercially astute with solid budgeting and reporting skills Benefits Competitive salary package 6-month fixed term contract with hybrid working model (3 days in office) Inclusive and flexible team culture For More Information For a confidential discussion about this role or to explore your next career move, please contact Josh Devlin at ****@millerleith.com.au #J-18808-Ljbffr
