We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to join our team on a casual basis. In this role, you will provide essential support to the marketing department, contributing to the planning and execution of various marketing initiatives. The position is based in our Dandenong South office in Victoria. This casual position requires a commitment of 10-20 hours per week. Key responsibilities Assist with the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and content across various channels Provide administrative support to the management team Manage the website in conjunction with marketing initiatives. Wordpress experience required Support the creation and distribution of promotional materials, such as brochures, social media posts, and email marketing campaigns Experience with multiple digital marketing tools including social media platforms and email marketing systems is essential. What we're looking for Demonstrated experience in a marketing assistant or coordinator role. Minimum of 3+ years of marketing experience is required. Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and concisely Proficiency in using WordPress to manage website performance. Media platforms to communicate industry updates. Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint A keen eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset Enthusiasm for learning and a willingness to contribute to the team's success Australian work rights are required for this position.
