Senior Associate, Secretariat and Coordination Senior Associate, Secretariat and Coordination About the Role The Premier's Department is seeking a highly motivated Senior Associate, Secretariat and Coordination to join the Investment Delivery Authority (IDA) – a newly established entity supporting major private sector projects valued at over $1 billion and driving system‑wide reforms to enhance competition and productivity in NSW. As our Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role providing strategic project, governance, operational and secretariat support for the IDA. Your responsibilities will include managing and coordinating high‑impact projects, providing high‑quality advice and analysis to senior executives and government decision‑makers, and ensuring robust governance and operational frameworks are in place. Responsibilities Lead strategic coordination and governance to accelerate major investment projects across NSW. Work at the heart of NSW government in an exciting, newly established team of driven professionals. Collaborate closely with key stakeholders across government and industry to address barriers to investment and support a whole‑of‑government approach to economic growth. Package includes base salary ($129,464 – $142,665) plus superannuation (12%) and leave loading.
