Desirable Demonstrated experience in leveraging, and championing, out-of-the-box functionality and config rather than code whenever possible Experience working with clients and stakeholders on changes, improvements, and efficiencies to their business processes, particularly when adapting to out-of-the-box workflows IMPLEMENTATION and DELIVERY Demonstrated experience in tracking and troubleshooting errors in development and configuration COLLABORATING, MENTORING and LEADING Excellent communication skills, written, verbal, and interactive when online, and able to tailor communications for different audiences Desirable Experience making persuasive, evidence-based, recommendations that allow decisionmakers to make informed decisions Desirable Ability to work closely with vendors and internal/external stakeholders, and develop positive relationships Desirable Ability to work closely within the project team in a fast paced environment, and maintain positive relationships SUPPORT and SUSTAINMENT Experience in transitioning projects to sustainment Highly desirable Experience in providing technical assistance and end user troubleshooting KNOWLEDGE and EXPERIENCE Service cloud Experience cloud Public Sector Solutions Highly desirable Strong understanding of Salesforce best practice and functionality TOOLS and PROCESS Experience with Azure Devops Highly desirable Demonstrated experience in tracking and progressing tasks using Agile, Kanban or Scrum Frameworks Highly desirable Experience in using version control and advanced CI/ CD tooling.
