in North RydeAs Payroll Officer, you will form part of a collaborative team and report to the National Payroll Manager. You will be responsible for the preparation and processing of weekly payroll across your assigned states in accordance with legislation, awards and company policies, whilst providing advice and support to our operational leaders.Key responsibilities:Manage end to end weekly payroll processing across your assigned statesManage end of pay payroll reportingPerform month end processingSet up new employeesProcess TerminationsMaintain Master Data changes and import changes into Kronos system from ADPManage EA interpretationsMonitor Kronos to ensure Supervisors have completed their tasks prior to sign offImport files from Kronos into ADPProcess Government Parental Leave and Child Support deductionsSTP reportingManage Superannuation and Payroll Tax requirementsPerform leave reconciliations and redundancy calculations as requiredCreate ad hoc reports as requiredKey requirements:Previous experience in a high volume payroll environment is essentialSound knowledge of Australian payroll legislation including taxation, superannuation and termination requirementsAn understanding of, and ability to interpret multiple complex Awards and Enterprise AgreementsExperience working in a large business, ideally in FMCG or retailADP/Kronos experience is highly desirable but not essentialHigh attention to detail and accuracyCustomer focused with strong stakeholder management skillsSound analytical and problem-solving skillsWe’re looking for people who arecurious, caring, courageous and committed to join us; people who want to contribute their best work every single dayand continue delivering deliciously good food that’s…Always GoodSubmit an application for this role
