XRHealth is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our expanding team.

Responsibilities

Follow up with leads or people interested in getting healthcare services in our clinicsManage patient leads showing interest in our virtual clinic consisting of:Explain our clinical offerEnroll patients in the clinicBooked the first appointment with physiciansValidate patient’s health insuranceBe responsive on the phone with patientsRemote work using sales tools such as Salesforce (CRM) and Aircall (online phone)Work in connection with our clinic based in Australia but also be coordinated with our remote offices in Boston and BarcelonaBe creative and knowledgeable on the phone

Requirements/Skills:

Previous experience in Customer or sales rolesA result-oriented individual who can multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.You feel comfortable communicating over the phone and emailAbility to develop a deep understanding of our CRM system

Nice-to-have skills:

Educational Background/ Experience in the healthcare environment is a plus

Schedule: 11am - 7 pm (Melbourne time)
