Allied Health Assistant ( Psychology and Speech Therapy) Allied Health Assistant-Psychology & Speech Therapy (Casual – ABN Contractor) Location: Craigieburn, VIC (Onsite Options) About Mastercare Services: Mastercare Services is a registered NDIS provider offering high-quality allied health and behaviour support services across Victoria. Our multidisciplinary team includes Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, Speech Pathologists, Behaviour Support Practitioners, and Allied Health Assistants working collaboratively to help participants achieve meaningful outcomes. About the Role We are currently seeking an AHA for Speech and Psychology to join our growing team on a casual ABN basis. The ideal candidate will be passionate about supporting NDIS participants to enhance their mental health, independence, and daily living skills through evidence-based therapy. Key Responsibilities: Conduct psychological and speech assessments with practitioners to develop tailored intervention plans Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions (in-person or in clinic) Prepare progress notes and support recommendations from practitioners Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic participant outcomes Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with NDIS Practice Standards Work experience with therapy sessions for Psychology and Speech Therapy ABN and professional indemnity/public liability insurance Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain Experience working with NDIS participants and willingness to travel in Northern and Western suburbs of Melbourne (desirable) Strong communication, documentation, and time management skills What We Offer Competitive hourly rate (ABN basis) Flexible working hours and location Supportive multidisciplinary environment Administrative and coordination support from our client liaison and rostering team How to Apply Send your resume and cover letter to: #J-18808-Ljbffr
