About the role We're looking for a dynamic Partnerships Lead to join Cricket Australia's Commercial team and help deliver outstanding value to our partners. In this role, you'll take ownership of a portfolio of key partnerships, ensuring all contractual commitments are met through exceptional relationship management and service delivery. Your focus will be on driving commercial outcomes and creating meaningful connections that benefit all stakeholders. Key responsibilities Lead the end-to-end management of a portfolio of partner agreements, ensuring seamless delivery throughout the year. Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with partners, providing best-in-class servicing and support. Work closely with the broader Commercial team to identify opportunities for value creation and retention of existing business. Oversee the delivery of match‑day commercial rights and benefits, and support partner activations and on‑ground activities. Contribute positively to team culture and foster an environment of collaboration and innovation. We're seeking someone who is passionate about driving growth, engagement, and operational excellence, while bringing fresh ideas to elevate Cricket Australia's Commercial team. Who we are looking for 3+ years' experience in commercial partnerships, sponsorship, or account management—whether with a rights holder, brand, or agency. A relevant bachelor's or postgraduate qualification in business, marketing, or a related field. Hands‑on experience managing sponsorships or accounts with precision and professionalism. Outstanding negotiation and relationship‑building skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively. A strategic mindset paired with strong commercial acumen, analytical thinking, and meticulous attention to detail. Proven success in stakeholder engagement and account management. Experience in developing and executing strategic marketing or sponsorship campaigns that deliver results. Agility and adaptability to thrive in fast‑paced, dynamic environments. Confident presentation and public speaking skills to engage and inspire. A solid foundation of commercial knowledge and a genuine passion for growing expertise in global sport.
